    I used to go to Fit4less, but I switched here once I saw how large and clean it is! The paper towels and cleaning solutions are always full. The change rooms are massive and the staff are amazing!

    Lots of cardio machines however almost no free weights. When i asked about free weights they said they don't tender to body builders....???? It's a gym for crying out loud!!!! I was on a day pass to try it out and when went to try the tanning beds they said only fo members......lol..... Having such a bad experience and no free weights sorry but I don't think I'll ever return!

    Good for exercise therapy. I'm in a wheelchair but am able to do 2 machines, some bell weights, ropes and leg exercise at a 'ballet' type bar. Everything is nicely spaced out and clean. Fully recommended. Because of my physical situation, I am unable to go for any massage on chair or bed but all is well divided and mostly private.
