  Don't believe the other posters. Great store, great people. If you have grief with UPS couriers leave bad reviews for the delivery service; not the franchised business services store.

  The store is fantastic for is prints, design work, and packaging. We use them regularly for stuff like business cards, posters, and construction drawings.

  The service has always been top notch. I am usually served by the owner directly. The UPS Store has helped me out in a schedule crunch a number of times. They've always made right the exceedingly rare mistake or misprint.

  SEVERAL times multiple people have been home, with 2 cars in the driveway, and the "attempted delivery" involves the driver coming to the door, leaving the delivery notice slip stuck to the window, and leaving without any attempt to knock or ring the doorbell. We have witnessed this first hand. Use FedEx or Canada Post if you have the option.

  It's too bad so many of the other reviewers don't understand that the UPS Store is not the same as UPS the delivery service. They have little influence on UPS Shipping and delivery. When it comes to shipping they have little more then the tools the public has via UPS's website; what they have is experience using it and regular pick-up and drop offs.

  horrible customer service, kept pushing off the delivery by a day, and them said the customer wasnt home when they tried delivering yet i was home all day and not once heard a knock on the door, horrible service and im never using them to ship anything for me anymore

  I had my wedding designed and printed by The Ups Store last month and they were amazing, the staff took the time to talk with me to see what i was looking for and what my needs were. They were able to help me with giving me ideas of what I could do. They put together a very nice wedding package and with the than you cards ready to go when I am ready to send them out.. The pricing was very good and the end results were amazing. I cannot say enough of these girls. Thank you
